I wanted my text and colours to be of a similar palette to create uniformity and simplicity. The images that I chose were to reflect about what Audi offers and is about than more about the design. So I based the website mock-up on organization and the site being informative.
This was my layout of my images. I wanted one image to be a focal point but for the focal point to be active and busy. The other images were laid out in an asymmetrical pattern to bring your attention to all the features than just placing them exactly in columns. That's why the images that are bigger are emphasized since that's more what I want to focus on which is the design and concept.
Finally this was my finished product. I added the effects on the titles to bring it out in a subtle way. I used a mundane and light background to highlight the pictures and to focus on the text also. Some challenges that I had was applying special effects to the titles and to make sure that everything seemed to be uniformed, but that was technical. I just was more careful in selecting the right colour style. Also the blue background behind the navigation bar, was to bring in the colour of blue from the titles and images.
